the pub is set in a beautiful village, a charm i did not expect. breakfast was lovely, a full english freshly made to order by the chef each morning.
The historic pub had a very good restaurant. I enjoyed the last orders for food on sunday night. My fish and chips had the lightest batter. The room was excellent and comfortable. I found lots of powerpoints. A fancy coffee machine was available.

The room was spacious. it had a big bathroom with a shower. I found that quite convenient. the restaurant offered a good variety on its menu. we enjoyed good beers at the bar. the full english breakfast was freshly made to order, prepared by the chef each morning.
